The team aims to serve the churches in their mission and support their ministers and leadership teams across the region.

Connecting with Others: we currently run cluster groups of ministers/church leaders across the NBA.  This is an opportunity for you to meet with others for support, encouragement and prayer.

Continued Ministerial Development (CMD): As an association we want to support you in your CMD. We encourage all our ministers to engage with the national CMD programme (find out more here).

We also put on webinars and coaching events to aid you in your ministry.  Check out the Updates Page for the latest information.

National Settlement 

If you are considering moving from your current church then contact Revd Linda Donaldson or Revd Johnny Pozzo who will advise you on writing your profile and discuss options with you. You can look at churches that are currently on the pastoral vacancy list by contacting Baptist Together (contact to the churches still needs to be made through the National Settlement Process).

Ministers & Church Leaders Conference:  

Annually we run opportunties for you to connect with all church leaders in Baptist contexts across the North East. This year it is being held on 6th March at Whitley Bay Baptist Church on the theme of Understanding and Exploring Church Conflict with guest speakers Rev Joanna Williams and Rev Andy Williams of the Blackley Centre.
